Sets and reps are important, sure. 


So is doing the right exercises progressively.


But the truth is, even on a great program, adult athletes have unique weaknesses that cause their technique to fail, and leave them stuck unable to progress further.


Areas like the Scapula, the Grip, and Shoulder Mobility need to be well conditioned, in addition to consistently following progressive overload.


Also, not everyone is a strong visual learner. Not everyone can just copy demo videos perfectly first time.


Often times, athletes can’t see the mistakes they’re making with exercises, until they’ve been pointed out with context thrown in.


This is why I’m not just offering you yet another program to follow, that you may or may not succeed with. I’m not leaving your success down to chance.

Is this 1-1 Coaching?

No, this is ARC group coaching!


With my group coaching system, you'll receive all the unqiue benefits of 1-1, like personalised technical feedback, but you'll also have the additional bonuses that come from training with a group of like minded individuals!


After Fundamentals has finished, there will be an option to move into private, 1-1 coaching, if you prefer.



What happens after the 2 Week Fundamentals?

At the end of the 2 week coaching period, you will have the option to join the Arc Gymnastics Coaching Program, and continue training in our Level 1 or Level 2 Program on the app (additional cost)

Do I have to wait to start?

I will be coaching you through the training sessions and providing feedback to a new group at the start of each month.


For this reason, we have to start all registrants at the same time.


In the meantime you will be able to complete the Assessment and preview the program + materials!



I'm a COMPLETE beginner. I have ZERO strength. Can I still do this?

Yes, these first 2 weeks are designed to teach you how to develop these skills efficiently, starting from zero.

 

If you are serious about building your basic strength & skill, you should register for the Fundamentals Course!

Can I do this alongside my current Program?


Yes! I will be showing you exactly how to implement any Weightlifting, or Met-Con alongside this Gymnastics Program.

 

There is an exact template to follow.

I'm not a beginner, I'm just stuck and not progressing.

You still need the Fundamentals to identify your weaknesses.


Lots of intermediates and even advanced athletes struggle to "make it look easy", because they're completely missing basic positional principles and tension cues. 


They can sometimes figure out how to muscle through it, but it will never be efficient until they get the basics down.
